Shipping

We provide FREE shipping within the United States.

We ship Monday to Friday from 10am to 4:00pm ET.

We rely on USPS for deliveries and estimate it will take 2-8 business days for domestic shipments.

Silverosa Inc. and Master Your Moves (MYM) is not responsible for items sent to the incorrect address or undeliverable items. Please check the shipping address closely before placing your orders.

Please note that while we strive to deliver all orders within specified delivery times, sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, deliveries may occasionally be subject to delays.

Return Policy / Refunds

We want you to fall in love with your MYM Training Notebook and MYM 4-Ink Tactical Pen. However, you may return unused Notebooks and Pens for a full refund. Used or damaged Notebooks and Pens will be replaced upon receipt.

Unopened products may be returned for exchange or refunds within 30 days of purchase. Used or damaged products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for return postage. The MYM Training Notebook and MYM 4-Ink Tactical Pen must have been ordered from this website and be accompanied by an order receipt or packing slip.

NO REFUNDS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS LIKE EBOOKS AND PDFS.

  1. Please email us at danny@masteryourmoves.com and write in the subject heading: “RETURN/EXCHANGE” or “REFUND.” In a short email, detail the date of purchase and the reason for contacting.
